Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Main mission:
Ensure effective supervision of field resources and optimal implementation of strategic and tactical projects across the assigned region, in order to strengthen channel animation, optimize sales performance and guarantee consistent campaign execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise all deployment resources in the region: POS Coach, Community Leaders, Distribution Hubs, Account handlers, etc.
- Ensure effective deployment of strategic and tactical projects at regional level.
- Coordinate with FDAs and MMC supervisors for the execution of field campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze field team performance (volumes, activations, acquisitions).
- Implement and monitor operational deployment tools.
- Contribute to local competitive intelligence (observation of other players' practices).
- Optimize territorial coverage and the impact of campaigns on KPIs (MAU, revenues, usage, etc.).
- Collaborate with other supervisors to share best practices and improve field efficiency.
- Identify high-potential local business opportunities and recommend targeted act
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Skills required:
- Solid experience in field team management and sales promotion.
- Mastery of Mobile Money or telecoms operations.
- Excellent organizational, coordination and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the local environment and areas with high economic potential.
- 3/5 years' higher education in business, marketing, management or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or field coordination role.
- Leadership, rigor, proactivity and good interpersonal skills.
