Poste proposé : Accountant - Littoral
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other statutory requirements
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and secure financial information by completing database backups
Profil recherché pour le poste : Accountant - Littoral
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
