Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Main Missions
- Performing maintenance operations on the IT infrastructure.
- Monitor the inventory of IT equipment.
- Providing IT support to users.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the IT system and servers.
- Perform security and protection measures for network access and certificate management.
- Plan and monitor developments and capacities of IT infrastructure and databases.
- Manage the acquisition of IT equipment.
- Train users in the use of work-related digital tools.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Skills
- Good knowledge of network administration and configuration, scripting and automation.
- Good knowledge of Sql server database administration.
- Good knowledge of Fortigate
- Solid knowledge of Windows server and active directory.
- Solid knowledge of Unix environments.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.
- Proactivity and availability.
- Experience in IT security would be an asset.
- Education: 3/4 years of higher education in IT or equivalent.
- Experience : 03 years in IT operating systems, networks and databases.
- Bilingual.
