Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Position Overview:
As a salesperson at Buyam, you will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, promoting our platform to vendors, and driving sales growth. We are looking for someone passionate about sales, skilled in communication, and eager to make a mark in the e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers and vendors for Buyam.
- Promote Buyam’s products and services, focusing on building long-term relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through various channels, including phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive sales and platform awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any sales-related inquiries or issues.
- Gather feedback from customers and vendors to help improve the platform.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Proven experience in sales or a related role (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping trends in Cameroon.
- Proficiency in both English and French is an advantage.
