Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute our sales and marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, and establish Pumba Chips as the preferred snack brand in Cameroon and beyond. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, a proven track record of driving business growth, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market penetration and expansion in Cameroon and neighboring countries.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop informed strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market insights to the executive team.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or snacks industry.
  • Regional Experience: Prior experience working in French-speaking African countries is a strong plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Cameroon and work in a challenging, high-growth environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a hands-on approach and results-driven mindset.
