RECRUITMENT NOTICE

Cameroon Airports Plc (ADC S.A.) is currently looking for a Finance Officer who meets the following characteristics:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Placed under the authority of a Chief of Service, The Finance Officer ensures the proper application of financial regulations. The objetive of the position is to supervise financial operations within the Company, ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards, and make recommendations for improvement.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

  • Prepare the Treasury budget;
  • Ensure the daily handling of financial flows;
  • Proceed to the swapping of all treasury documents to accouting;
  • Carry out a review of cash transactions and daily cash flow statements;
  • Supervise the preparation of budget documents(accounts and balance sheets) and ensure their validity and compliance with the law;
  • Analyse the financial situation of the Company and make recommendations on strategic suggestions;
  • Conduct legislative monitoring to monitor the evolution of standards and regulations and adapt your internal's procedures accordingly;
  • Ensure the monitoring and analysis of bank accounts;
  • Analyse outstanding issues arising from bank reconciliations;
  • Classify and archive financial records;
  • Take part in the drafting of financial statements;
  • Take part in the closing of annual accounts.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Be able to adapt and react quickly to reforms in your field of activity;
  • Have knowledge in accouting, financial management and commercial law;
  • Grasp the Sage Software;
  • Have a sense of analysis and synthesis;
  • Have project management skills;
  • Maintain good interpersonal skills and a sense of collaboration;
  • Possess administrative writing skills;
  • Utilise diplomacy and pedagogy.

REQUIRED QUALITIES:

  • Have team spirit, diligence, reliability, and cooperative;
  • Must how prove of honesty and have a sense of ethics;
  • Be proactive and take initiative.
  • Have some knowledge of accounting;
  • Have a mastery in English Language.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Not older that 40 years;
  • Holder at least A'Levels+5 in finance, accouting, management, or any other equivalent qualification;
  • Possess at least 05 years of professional experience in a similar job.
