Our company has a research and innovation center where we develop value added products and services for various industries (general retail, media and entertainment, e-commerce, insurance, mobile banking, etc)
We are looking for someone who has:
- a mix of analytical and operational prowess to design and market great products and services,
- the strategic, innovative and creative thinking that is required to develop outside the box solutions,
- the emotional intelligence and humility needed to manage complex situations.
THE ROLE
As a Product Market Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of product development initiatives in the region (Sub-Saharan Africa French speaking countries)
You need to be an expert in the followings:
- Advanced techniques of market research and market analysis
- Value proposition design and execution
- Offer design, implementation, launch, follow up
- Product Marketing and Go to Market (ATL, BTL).

It will be an advantage if you have the following skills:
- Deep analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience using agile methods (design thinking, lean start-up, scrum)
- Excellent client relationship management skills (including senior executive level)
- Experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in a digital and technology-driven environment
- Knowledge of payment systems would be an advantage
- Broad networking in the following industries (general retail, media and entertainment, e-commerce, insurance, banking)
- Excellent spoken and written command of both French and English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to comprehend and convey complex business information
- A combination of global and regional experience.
