Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Manage a client portfolio for audit and advisory assignments
- Plan, organize and oversee the execution of audit engagements
- Ensure quality control and respect of deadlines and budgets
- Provide technical supervision, coaching and professional development to the assigned team members
- Manage and develop strong client relations
- Contribute actively to the firm's commercial development
- Apply and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (revised SYSCOHADA, IFRS)
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong command of audit methodology and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing audit reports and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Apply and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (revised SYSCOHADA, IFRS)
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, management control, audit or banking
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an audit/accounting firm or the audit department of a company
- Maturity, dynamism, integrity.
- Organized, proactive, committed, motivated and excellent team player.
- Excellent in building relationships and communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem solving
- French and/or English
