Huawei in Cameroon has job vacancies waiting to be filled. Currently seeking talents for the roles of Business Analyst in Cameroon.
Business Analyst (M/F)
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Conduct different forms of high-level Marketing customer engagement activities including meetings with Telecom Operators, CMOs & CEOs, workshops & summits to collect customer voice & communicate Huawei solutions with focus on high level decision makers.
- Build trust and consensus with internal and external stakeholders towards deeper co-operation and information sharing & acceptance of Huawei recommended solutions.
- Prepare engagement materials including analysis, case sharing & recommendations to influence customer buy-in for Huawei consulting solutions
- Explore regional & global telecom trends Inc deep understanding of Telecom Market opportunities & challenges of market development
- Collect & Analyze multiple sources of internal and external data to identify high level customer business & Marketing On points from multiple dimensions including Strategy, Marketing mix, financial figures, customer experience, services, sales channels & experience.
- Formulate business and/or Technology consulting solutions & recommendations to satisfy customer requirements and solve customer problems in light of customer capabilities & budgets
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Required Skills:
- Extra-ordinary presentation skills that enables high level customer engagement in both business domains and influence their thinking & decision making.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights and organize them in logical frame works.
- Ability to do extensive search to gather, filter, validate and organize information from multiple sources.
- Readiness to travel within MENA region for at least 35% of the time and flexibility to accept different cultures and work requirement.
- Bachelor/ Master's degree in Business development and/or telecommunication Engineering or any related study.
- 12+ Years of working experience in Marketing/commercial positions in Telecommunication industry preferable in one of the leading operators in Middle East or North Africa with at least 3 years serving as CM0 or marketing director.
- Fluent in both English and French
