We are a digital banking service recently launched in Bamenda, Cameroon. Our mission is to deliver seamless banking experience to our customers and also foster financial inclusion across the country.
Position Overview:
KiiBank's Bamenda office is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. This in-office position involves leading our marketing operations with a strategic focus on engaging B2B targets and enhancing B2C customer interactions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving transactions onto the KiiBank app and bolstering our brand presence in the local market. This leadership role is essential for our continued growth and success in the region

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire and retain B2B clients.
- Drive customer acquisition and engagement strategies for B2C segments, ensuring growth in app usage and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Utilize market insights and analytics to optimize campaigns and improve customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the Fintech and banking sectors.
- Represent KiiBank at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within the Fintech or banking industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Strong network and relationships within the financial services industry in Cameroon.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of fintech products, digital banking solutions, and emerging trends in the financial services industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
