• Car Security & Maintenance/ Entretien du vehicle
• Car logbook maintenance/
Knowledge, Skills and Experience/ exigences du poste
• 2 years work experiences as a driver / 2 années d’expériences
• Valid driving license/ Permis de conduire valide
• Basic knowledge of administrative processes/ Connaissance basiques en administration
• Fluent in spoken and written English and local languages/ langue: Francais et langues locales

FINANCE
Major Responsibilities/ Responsabilités principales
• Annotation of all accounting documents for the closed periods with the accounting voucher stamp/
Annotation de Tous les documents comptables pour les périodes clôturées avec le tampon de pièce
comptable
• Scanning and renaming of accounting documents for physical and electronic archiving/ Numeration et
renommage des documents comptables pour l’archivage physique et électronique
Knowledge, Skills and Experience/ exigences du poste
• Experience in doing similar tasks/ Expérience dans des tâches similaires
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar filed/ Diplôme de licence en finance ou domaine similaire
• Basic knowledge of administrative processes/ Connaissance de base des processus administratifs
• Fluent in spoken and written French or English Language/ Maîtrise du français ou de l’anglais, à l’oral
et à l’écrit
• Computer literate/ Compétences informatiques
• Discrete and Accurate/ Discret et précis
