Poste proposé : Marketing Manager - Yaoundé
We are looking for a Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop and deploy the company’s global marketing strategy.
- Communication: Steer the communication plan (online/offline) and measure its impact.
- Branding: Develop and strengthen the GTA brand identity and its product lines.
- Market Intelligence: Analyse the market, competition, and trends to identify new opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and optimise the ROI of implemented actions.
- Production: Supervise the production of marketing materials and ensure their consistency.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads.
- Relations: Develop strategic partnerships and manage press relations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multitask
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
Candidate Profile:
Essential Technical Skills:
- Solid experience in marketing strategy and brand management.
- Mastery of digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Emailing).
- Knowledge of analysis and impact measurement tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience in developing marketing plans and budgets.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable recommendations.
- Requirement: A portfolio of projects/concrete case studies demonstrating your business impact.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience in the Tech or Digital Services sector.
- Deep knowledge of the Cameroonian and African markets.
- Team management skills.
- B2B Marketing experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
