Device Operator Channel Manager — Cameroon
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Lead and operate projects based on company objectives and market strategies, and ensure the achievement of the market expansion.
- Builds relationships with customers and channel partners based on knowledge of company's technology as well as the customer's business environment.
- Maintain account and opportunity updates within IT system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities.
- Selling company's products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing.
- Capable to analyze market situation and operator terminal device development strategies, capable to align strategies, design the solution, guide to solve problems and improve solution competitiveness with Operators.
- Establishment of quotes, processing and monitoring orders.
- Lead multiple client projects with challenging goals and objectives.
- Provide best customer experience.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor. degree or above.
- Over 3 years working experience with operators or vendons of operators
- Have general knowledge of electronic products, terminal devices and Operator process
- Have experience in tender management and a strong portfolio of clients from traditional and organized local channels and Operator channels.
- Should have strong communication, organizational skills and should be passionate about customer
- Fluent in English and French as a working language.
