Poste proposé : ETS Process Superintendent - Douala
We are looking for an ETS Process Superintendent.
The Process Superintendent is responsible for the overall operations of a network of 30-inch pipelines with a capacity of 250,000 barrels per day. It covers four maintenance areas including 3 pump stations, 01 pressure reduction station and a floating marine storage and offloading (FSO) terminal with a storage capacity of 2.3 million barrels. Responsible for all processes, he reports to the Operations Manager.
Main responsibilities include:
- Lead a multi-skilled process department to ensure the safety and efficiency of the entire pipeline export system.
- Supervise teams at operational sites, managing risks and operations related to the process.
- Interface with other operational structures
- Develop the skills of the employees under his/her supervision.
- Monitor the department's performance indicators.
- Ensures that business objectives in terms of reliability are met.
- Promote, lead, and actively participate in the company's safety, security, health and environmental programs and initiatives.
- Manage the risks associated with operations at operational sites, particularly in the event of an emergency.
Profil recherché pour le poste : ETS Process Superintendent - Douala
- At least 15 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry: process management, operations management, technical and project management.
- Minimum of master’s degree in Process Engineering
- Solid knowledge of industry standards (including QHSE) and related work processes.
- Experience in project, planning, budget, and contract management.
- Project management certification would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good knowledge of information management requirements for all phases of the project.
- Knowledge of an electronic document management system would be an added advantage.
