Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the serviceand procurement sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR operations, policies, and procedures to support our organizational goals. This role requires a candidate who is bilingual (English and French), has strong knowledge of HR practices, and is skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Responsibilities:
  • Good Knowlege in Payroll and Salary system
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Implement and oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct training sessions and assist with professional development programs for staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data using Excel to provide insights into HR metrics.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department on employee benefits.
  • Promote a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork and employee engagement.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
  • Location: Must reside in Yaoundé.
  • Languages: Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR,  Payroll preferably with managerial responsibilities in services or procurement.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel.
  • Age: Maximum 35 years.
