Huawei Cameroon is looking to bring on board 02 HR interns for a Professional internship at their Douala and Yaoundé offices.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration. or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, acel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
