Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
MISSION
Contribute to the management of the company's financial and operational performance by diligently monitoring and controlling administrative and support function costs.MAIN ACTIVITIES
Cost Management & Analysis- Analyze and track administrative costs and project expenses.
- Ensure the accurate and appropriate allocation of administrative costs across various cost centers.
- Collaborate with support function teams to identify opportunities for administrative cost optimization.
- Participate in periodic inventories as required.
- Contribute to the evaluation of the profitability of the company's various support functions.
- Assist in the comprehensive analysis of profitability across different Business Units (BUs).
- Prepare monthly income statements (P&L) for all Business Units.
- Produce a monthly performance report, analyzing variances between actual and forecasted expenses within the scope of administrative costs, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget for all support functions.
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of management information through analytical reviews of management accounts for all activities within the designated scope.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Education
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Management Control, or a Business School degree complemented by specific management training.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar Management Control or Financial Analyst role.
- Advanced knowledge of both General Accounting and Management Accounting principles.
- Proficiency in standard computer tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an asset.
- Good command of both English and French is essential.
