Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Required profile: Potential candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an IT professional in a professional environment.
- Education: Master’s degree in information technology networks.
- Performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of IT or office equipment or equipment parks (hardware, software, networks, etc.), in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
- Can advise, train, and assist users (on-site, via remote maintenance, remote assistance, etc.).
- Can assemble or integrate equipment (standard or specific configurations, etc.).
- Can coordinate a team.
- Performs any other tasks assigned by management.
