This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, within a professional work environment.

This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, within a professional work environment.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and publishing job advertisements on various platforms
- Screen incoming applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates via email and phone regarding application status
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database
- Support background verification processes and reference checks
- Prepare offer letters and internship agreements
- Assist in onboarding documentation for new hires
- Participate in recruitment meetings and take minutes
- Perform other administrative HR tasks as assigned
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or job boards
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR
- Practical exposure to corporate recruitment processes
- Mentorship from experienced HR professionals
- Certificate of completion
- Monthly Stipend amount
- Possible consideration for full-time employment based on performance
