JOB ADVERT: PROMOTION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Promotion Specialist.

Key Accountabilities:

• In Charge of promotion planning, implementation, coordination and results;
• Planning and coordination of customer and shop animation activities; 
• Scope; regional, national, product and Co-branding promotion campaigns;
• Increase brand market share through sales mainly sales of high-end models ;
• Drive conversion by adding bundles to our products which has to engage costumer interest;
• Give outstanding competitive advantage to our products so as to strongly   orientate costumer buying decisions towards TECNO products;  
• Plan and coordinate retail touring activities to pull maximum traffic to shops so as to leverage above average sales in shops.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Should have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or sales ;
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales;
• Knowledge on planning strategies of  sales;
• Skilled in Microsoft office suits.

Capabilities and Skills :

• Open minded , smart , and responsible Person,
• Negotiation skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken);
• A dynamic person;
• Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
