. Assist in implementing the guidelines and structures outlined in the Company operating system.
. Support the documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and project processes.
. Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of the Company operating system through feedback and reporting. 
. Track and report the status of equipment and container deliveries from procurement to port and site.
. Support monitoring of site preparation activities performed by the lessor or client.
. Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation logistics for installation teams.
. Support recruitment and onboarding coordination for local installation staff.
. Assist with logistics arrangements for installation teams (accommodation, transport, equip ment).
. Help coordinate unloading, installation, construction, and connection activities on site.
. Maintain regular communication with site representatives regarding project progress and site needs.
. Support stakeholder engagement activities when required by the Project Installation Manager.
. Assist with ensuring site compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality stand ards.
. Support document control and maintain project documentation records.
. Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress reports.
. Track site issues and support implementation of corrective actions.
. Assist in coordinating engineering changes to plant design if required 

. Degree in in Construction Management or Engineering (electrical) 
. Fluency in French and English (Written and Spoken) 
. Fluency in one of the local languageswould be a particular asset, especially Fufulde
. Good technical knowledge in power distribution (LV and MV) and/or diesel/HFO power generation
. An excellent knowledge of MS Office 
. 5+ years working experience in a construction project environment – supervisory/management role
. 5+ years management of energy installation (power distribution, power generation with diesel/HFO), Management of all construction aspects, electrical, mechanical and civil engineering works Staff management, time management, cost management, quality management and production management expertise
. Ideal: Management of medium volt age network construction projects or diesel generators installation projects
. PMP and RMP certifications are strongly preferred.
