Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Main mission: Under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, the Sales & Marketing Representative actively contributes to sales growth and the development of the company's commercial activities, while regularly checking customer satisfaction and finding out about their needs to propose the most suitable Waspito offer.

Activities
- Understand insurance products (individual, group, health, provident)
- To know the stakes involved in health issues and policyholder care paths
- Know how to manage long and complex sales cycles, while maintaining prospects' commitment
- Present digital solutions in a clear and accessible way to customers, even novices.
- Identify and analyze under-exploited markets or markets with specific telemedicine needs.
- Actively prospect for new partners in identified segments and conclude contracts with companies
- Negotiate and design customized offers based on each customer's specific needs, and propose appropriate solutions
- Generate substantial revenues through strategic partnerships and attractive pricing models
- Master techniques for responding to objections and convincing decision-makers (HR managers, company heads, school principals)
- Adjust sales strategies according to results obtained and customer feedback
- Propose innovative solutions (Health Packs) to increase penetration in identified segments
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors (insurers, pharmacies, labs...)
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Technical skills
- Understanding the Cameroonian market's specificities, particularly the obstacles to digitalization or the adoption of insurance/health services.
- An analytical and creative mind to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Marketing and technical culture, to dialogue with a variety of contacts
- Familiarity with technology platforms (telemedicine applications, CRM tools, etc.)
- Knowledge of sales techniques: making appointments, identifying needs, identifying obstacles, signing contracts
- Knowledge of healthcare issues and care pathways
- Excellent communication skills in French/English (written & spoken)
- Ability to draw up a sales proposal in line with sales policy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigorous and proactive, with strong organizational skills and a spirit of anticipation
- Proactive, with the ability to adapt quickly to the needs of customers or prospects.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to adjust one's discourse to interlocutors' specific profiles and expectations.

- Communication and leadership skills (project management) are also essential, as sales staff regularly interact with other parts of the company (Medical, Communication, Tech...)

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in sales, sales force, or marketing /Business school graduate or equivalent
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in insurance, healthcare services, or digital solutions
