Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Prospect and develop the client portfolio
- Negotiate and close commercial contracts
- Ensure client follow-up and retention
- Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Have strong knowledge of logistics, customs clearance, shipping, stevedoring, and transport
- Possess an active client portfolio
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the operations team
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Be able to understand and analyze client needs
- Have a strong team spirit
- Demonstrate good listening skills, observation, adaptability, and rigor
- Be between 25 and 37 years old
