1 – Design functional, yet minimal UI/UX
2 – Write good HTML/CSS and Javascript
3 – Code Responsive/Adaptive UI using bootstrap and popular Javascript Libraries or Frameworks
4 – Use Python/Django with ease
5 – Design database for an application
6 – Write code for SQL and NoSQL Database backends including MySQL and MongoDB
7 – Be able to work with Github
8 – Be able Work with Github
9 – Write and Document Code in english correctly
10 – Work in Linux environment
11 – Able to deploy an application on an Linux/Apache environment
11 – Able to continue code from an ongoing project and stick to the standards and phylosophy
12 – Be comfortable with team work

Plus:
- Bilingual: Must be able to write code in English correctly. Speaking both is better
- Prior experience as Web Developer
- Fast at typing
- Proven experience: Must have dev at least one working web App published online. Projects in your computers will not be taken into consideration.
