. Lead one or two Release Installation Teams (up to 25 workers each)
. Direct work of the Installation staff at site as per design, method statements and installation manuals
. Direct the work of the installation machinery operator supporting the teams
. Train all Installation staff to follow the Release design, method statement and installation instructions
. Organise logistics at site for the team
. Ensure that the Installation Teams are complying with the Health, Safety and Security requirements.
. Direct unloading, installation, and construction activities for PV Plant equipment, ensuring compliance with de sign requirements, quality standards, and installation programme
. Perform continuous quality control
. Compile daily Construction reports based on on-site observations
. Propose corrective actions where needed and submit to approval of Installation Management
. Support the Installation Manger in preparing the As-built documentation
. Ensure progress of installation work as per agreed rate of progress
. Report daily on progress to the Installation Manager
. Manage and safe keep all tools, equipment and PPE used or employed by the Installation Teams
. Report on any deviation or non-conformance in the equipment
. Monitor progress and quality using FTQ360 or other quality control tool  

. Advanced Technician's Certificate in Mechanic or Electricity
. Language: French and English 
. The candidate must hold at least one (or more) of the following electrical certifications
.  Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Authorization 
. Low and High Voltage (LV/HV) Electrical Authorization
. Electrical Authorization B0–H0–H0V
. Training in design and/or installation of low-voltage systems in accordance with NFC 15-100
