Poste proposé : Retail Floor Supervisor - Douala
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Retail Floor Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Alcohol retail store. The role focuses on ensuring smooth shop operations, managing stock, staff supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Location: Bonapriso, Douala
Working Hours: 6 Days a Week | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (with break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the shop opens and closes on time daily.
- Receive deliveries, verify stock, and check quality and expiry dates.
- Monitor stock levels daily and assist in preparing purchase orders with the manager.
- Record sales, purchases, and stock entries accurately into the POS system.
- Review and report on expired or slow-moving products.
- Handle in-store promotions, tastings, and activations.
- Deal directly with suppliers and assist in follow-ups on payments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle large and corporate orders as per company policy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to ensure performance and discipline.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or retail operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.).
- Must speak both English and French fluently.
- Must be presentable, respectful, and hardworking.
- Must be flexible and eager to learn
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Preferably between 30 – 35 years old.
