Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Welcome clients and visitors both in person and over the phone, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate services.
- Perform routine administrative and logistical tasks.
- Handle the administrative processing of everyday banking operations, including the management of bank cards, processing of basic transactions, and oversight of banking machines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with straightforward procedures and delivering a high standard of service.
- Manage diaries, organise meetings, and oversee daily logistical arrangements.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- QUALIFICATIONS : Holder of a two- or three-year degree in accounting, banking, finance, administration management, marketing and commerce.
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Independently handle day-to-day banking transactions (in-branch)
