Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; 

  • Setting up administrative procedures of VTC
  • Working with accounting & finance consultants of the company to review existing and set up new accounting & finance systems for VTC. 
  • Taking memos and Maintaining files( administrative, finance, HR, Clients projects)
  • Sending and receiving Correspondences
  • Taking part in customer relations and experiencing VTC
  • Assist the MD & Other members of management  in overseeing policy formulation and implementation of financial, monetary, economic, trade and development as well as innovation   matters
  • Managing finances ( financial plans, accounting, payments, debt recovery, etc.
  • Keeping records of all financial transactions
  • Generating financial reports such as income statements, cash flow statements, etc...
  • Data entry
  • Word processing
  • Office management
  • Documents preparation and Filing
  • Presentation creation
  • Answering phones
  • Marketing & sales of company solutions both online & offline
  • Customer service & relations
  • Other duties that will be assigned by line managers
