FUNCTION: OPERATIONS MANAGER

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Bac+4/5 in logistics

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years minimum

MISSIONS

Main mission: Coordinate and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods. To do this, you will be in charge of the following actions:

Ø  Define the procedures for processing market operations;

Ø  Carry out quality monitoring of administrative procedures;

Ø  Carry out technical and regulatory monitoring;

Ø  Optimize and secure procedures;

Ø  Make legal declarations.

NATURE OF THE POSITION

Hierarchical reporting: GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Place of practice: DOUALA

SKILLS/KNOW-HOW

Ø  Propose to stakeholders the most suitable transport solutions (air, sea, road);

Ø  Manage administrative constraints, particularly customs;

Ø  Manage warehouse teams (schedules);

Ø  Select, negotiate and monitor contracts with carriers and other logistics providers;

Ø  Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement actions;

Ø  Supervise the handling, order preparation and transport teams.
