Your role: More than an engineer — a project enabler
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
As a Civil Engineer based in Kribi, you will play a key role in executing major infrastructure and industrial projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of site activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise civil works and on-site execution in line with engineering standards.
- Prepare, track, and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate activities between contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project quality, progress, and safety compliance.
- Assist with contract and technical documentation reviews.
- Provide regular updates to the senior leadership.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in site-based construction project management.
- Strong command of Primavera P6.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to adapt to remote site work in a multicultural and operational setting.
