Poste proposé : HR Recruitment – Remote Internship

We are Biz4d, a German consulting firm based in Frankfurt, is a fast-paced workplace where we work on mentorship programs for corporate leadership and talent development. Our corporate clients include companies such as municipalities, the production industry, banks, etc. typically, with 500 to 20,000 employees. A remote recruiter internship is what we're looking for. An opportunity to sharpen your skills !

Your Role & Contribution :

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Synchronization with other Talent Development Methods
  • Creating and improving material for recruitment and HR-development
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Support hiring teams in their recruitment process
  • Internal team development and training.
Profil recherché pour le poste : HR Recruitment – Remote Internship

Our Requirements :

  • Graduated or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or Business, Management, or related field)
  • Previous experience in Corporate HR, Talent Development and Training is a valuable asset
  • High value on accuracy, personal professionalism, and striving for excellence, No-excuse-mentality
  • High speed and pressure are an environment you thrive in.
