MARKETING OFFICER – EDUCATION SECTOR
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Officer for our school The Bridge International School. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the education ecosystem, exceptional digital marketing skills, and the ability to create impactful content and campaigns aligned with our mission and vision.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités

ACTIVITIES
  1. Strategic Marketing & Enrollment Growth
    • Use data-driven insights to design and optimize marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment.
    • Define and communicate the school’s unique value proposition to prospective families.
    • Lead targeted digital marketing initiatives (SEO, PPC, social media, email).
    • Plan and execute community engagement activities (school fairs, feeder school outreach, open days).
  2. Understanding of the Education Ecosystem
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of curriculum frameworks and international education trends.
    • Understand parental decision-making in private/international school environments.
    • Effectively position the school in a competitive educational landscape while staying true to its values and standards.
  3. Content Development & Communication
    • Create compelling content across platforms (brochures, newsletters, videos, blogs).
    • Ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with the school’s identity.
    • Confidently present to diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, and board members.
  4. Career Counselling & University Advisory Integration
    • Align marketing with students’ post-secondary aspirations and outcomes.
    • Build relationships with universities and leverage alumni success stories for visibility.
    • Integrate insights from university admissions into marketing narratives.
(01) MARKETING OFFICER – EDUCATION SECTOR5. TECHNOLOGY & PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, OpenApply), Google Analytics, and marketing platforms.
  • Set KPIs and analyze marketing ROI to improve performance.
  • Present data insights visually to inform strategic decisions.

  • Lead the launch of a new boarding program with tailored marketing strategies.
  • Create a mobile-optimized, bilingual website rich in SEO-driven content.
  • Showcase facilities and boarding life via drone videos, virtual tours, and student/parent testimonials.
  • Leverage local and international digital advertising to reach target demographics.
  • Develop trust through transparent communication on pastoral care, safety, extracurriculars, and accommodation.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES
  • Experience in international education marketing or educational consulting.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Background in launching new educational programs or boarding schools.
CREATIVE CONTENT STRATEGY
  • Repurpose existing content (student blogs, alumni features, teacher spotlights).
  • Regularly update school website and social platforms with engaging, student-centered content.
  • Promote school activities, weekend programs, and community life to present a holistic image of the student experience.

PROFILE:
  • HND or Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relatives;
  • More than 3 years of experience in Marketing field (in a school is an advantage);
