We are recruiting for our client the position of a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure the successful execution of the project. He/She will ensure compliance with design specifications, safety and quality standards, while leading teams and subcontractors to deliver the project within budget and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction on site.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements.
Supervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
Conduct site inspections and prepare regular progress reports.
Anticipate and resolve technical and operational issues.
Liaise with engineers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree (Bac+5 / MSc) in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines (BTP).
Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role on large-scale construction projects.
Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Experience working in international or multicultural environments is an advantage.
