ENGLISH SPEAKER (On-Site-Yaoundé-Omnisports | Night Shift |)

We are hiring a tech-aware Administrative Coordinator to support our U.S.-based consulting and proposal business. This is a 40-hour/week night-shift position aligned with U.S. hours, with Saturday work required and Wednesday off in exchange. The role is physically based in Cameroon.


Key Responsibilities
• Track staff hours and attendance
• Manage and respond to emails in English
• Monitor RFP and bid websites
• Update spreadsheets, trackers, and reports
• Support basic HR and administrative tasks
• Learn and use internal applications and organizational systems


Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Administration, Management, or related field preferred)
• Fluent spoken and written English (required)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
• Tech-aware and quick to learn new systems and applications
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions


Schedule
• 40 hours per week
• Night shift (U.S. business hours)
• Saturday required
• Wednesday off
– Compensation


• starting 100,000 – 150,000 FCFA per month, based on experience
