FINASDDEE CREDIT LINE Cameroon S.A.is recruiting a Senior Network Security Administrator.
This position is based in Douala.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Performance Indicators for the Position
- A 99.9% uptime for critical systems
- A 99% uptime of the entire network links between branches and head office of FINASDDEE
- 99% of threats detected by Fortinet solutions and blocked without incident
- 100% of firewall rules reviewed and updated quarterly
- 100% of patches and updates applied within 48 hours of release for critical vulnerabilities
- Logs reviewed daily for anomalies and security trends; weekly summaries reported
- A 99% uptime of all Key servers of the institution
- A perfect backup and disaster recovery plan for all servers and routers in FINASDDEE
- High Level of professionalism and ethics
Principal Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee secure network architectures and systems
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to network security incidents to ensure minimal risk exposure
- Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and other security tools
- Implement network segmentation, secure access, and advanced threat prevention strategies
- Develop and execute incident response plans, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact
- Investigate and document security incidents, recommending improvements to prevent recurrence
- Create and enforce network security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Educate staff on security best practices and monitor adherence to policies
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with FINASDDEE’s business objectives
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the institution’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud services
- Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with security best practices
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Lead and mentor junior IT team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-performance IT solutions
- Ensure compliance with financial and cybersecurity regulations
- Prepare and present IT performance and security reports to senior management
- Work with Vendor to make sure the CCTV system is functioning properly
- Work with other service providers to make sure there is proper respect of SLAs
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Job Profile
- At least 4 years of experience in IT and network security, with a focus on Fortinet solutions
- Proficient in configuring and managing FortiGate firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiAuthenticator
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet’s advanced security solutions, including FortiSandbox, FortiClient, and FortiWeb
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Fortinet security solutions
- Experience in Management of Windows Server Active Directory and related services
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing IT teams and projects
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
- Master’s degree in IT Management or Cybersecurity is an added advantage
- Fortinet NSE 4 or higher (NSE 7 or NSE 8 preferred)
- Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are an advantage
- Microsoft Certification in Active Directory is also a plus
