Location: Buea, Cameroon
About the Role
This role is a blend of office and fieldwork. The sales and marketing associate will work closely with the sales and marketing manager, overseeing Agric-Hub Technologies Inc.'s day-to-day sales and marketing operations. The associate will assist the manager in developing and implementing operational strategies, optimizing processes, and leading a team to achieve our sales targets.
What We Do
We are an Agrifood supply chain company that cornicets farmers to buyers by sourcing and distributing agriculMral products. We source agricultural products from local fanners, store, process, and distribute them to customers. We also work with farmers whom we support during the season with . extension services and training so that they can be more productive. We transform the livelihood of smallholders by providing them with a readily available market for their farm produce and offer consumers a variety of fans products with guaranteed quality and cost-effectiveness.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Generate leads and prospects through various channels (networlcing and market visits)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (farmers, distributors, retailers, food processors)
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support
- Filling of the wocurement overview sheet and other sheets if requked
- Coordinate product collection from the field and delivery to customers.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Qualification:
- Has a bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) or Advanced Level+Experience
- Willing to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
- Has good lmowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Team worker who pays attention to details and is goal-oriented
- Efficient in oral and written communication
- Respectful, humble, and ready to leam
- Committed, resilient and honest.
- Fluent in English; communication in French is a plus.
