Role Overview
Join our HR team to gain practical experience in recruitment, payroll , and administration. This internship requires a candidate who is discreet, eager to learn, and passionate about building a positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
· Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation.
· Help maintain organized and confidential employee records.
· Provide administrative support for HR projects and events.
· Aid in preparing HR communications and reports.
· Assit with complying documents for payroll and follow up.
Requirements
· Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Min Bachelors’ degree (License) Human Resource Management or any related field.
· Discreet, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
