Job Description:
Hariom Travels is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Sales Agent to join our team in Douala. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a travel agency and strong knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for booking flights and travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
Hariom Travels is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Sales Agent to join our team in Douala. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a travel agency and strong knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for booking flights and travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with flight bookings, reservations, and travel inquiries.
- Use GDS platforms (Amadeus or Galileo) to search, book, and issue tickets.
- Provide accurate travel information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate booking records.
- Support in upselling travel packages, insurance, and additional services.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency.
- Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus or Galileo) is a must.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings.
- Fluency in English and French is an advantage.
