Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Main Missions
- Welcoming and providing administrative support to customers, as well as managing day-to-day cashier operations.
- Entering insurance proposals and invoicing transfer orders.
- Handle the Agency's mail.
- Receiving, transmitting, and screening telephone calls.
- Welcoming and informing customers.
- Receiving, recording and delivering cheques to customers.
- Checking the files of new agents and allocating codes.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Skills
- Proficiency in cashier operations (collections, disbursements, daily checks, closing).
- Good management skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and dynamism.
- Good knowledge of the office Pack (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of the life insurance sector is an asset.
- Bilingual
- Education: 2/3 years of higher education in accounting, secretariat studies, finance, insurance or marketing.
- 02 years' experience.
- Good knowledge of the office pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Bilingual.
