Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Install, solar PV and tracking systems (ground and roof mounts)
- Mount, wire and configure smart inverters, lithium-ion batteries and their accessories, and associated components according to design specs
- Interpret electrical diagrams, layout drawings, and installation plans
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on installed systems
- Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and other installers
- Carry out site assessments and system diagnostics as needed
- Install security cameras where needed
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Proven experience in solar installation and working at heights
- Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Familiarity with electrical wiring
- Ability to use electrical testing tools and hand/power tools
- Willingness to travel to remote sites across Cameroon
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability
- Basic proficiency in French and/or English
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cameroon
