Poste proposé : HR Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Coordinator.
You are:
- Fluent in English and in French.
- Previous experience in HR.
- Proactive, communicative, flexible, resourceful, and creative individual.
- Ability to handle deadlines and issue reports.
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team.
- Holds sound work ethics and confidentiality practices.
What you will do:
HR:
- Respond to internal/external HR related inquiries or requests and assist accordingly.
- To be in charge of the recruitment process by conducting constant head hunting for high quality CVs and job candidates, schedule interviews, send assessment tests, issue job offers, follow up on feedback, etc.
- Handling the preparation of administrative documentation as maybe required such as trial periods renewal, employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, HR Reports, etc.
- Inputting employees’ data on Bamboo HR.
- To oversee the sick leave and vacation leave of employees on Bamboo HR and ensure that any necessary information related to unpaid days is processed on payroll.
- To ensure that all internal policies and procedure are being followed.
- To conduct orientation sessions for new employees, onboarding/offboarding and update records accordingly.
- To enroll/remove employees in the Biometric punch clock as necessary and issue daily reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and system access for onboarding/offboarding of new employees.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as maybe required from time to time.
- Handle travel arrangements for relocations where necessary.
- Coordinate training sessions and Company events as maybe requested.
- Assist in the monthly calculation of payroll.
- Process Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
Office:
- Assist the HR/Office Manager on matters such as maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, order and maintenance of kitchen and office supplies as well as ensuring office cleanliness.
- Assist the HR/Office Manager in liaising with vendors, suppliers such as cleaning, catering, security services, etc and ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Maintain safe and secure working environment and conduct ongoing improvements.
- Maintain office security; create and update employee and visitor access codes/cards.
- Frequent communication with your direct senior manager COO and other departments of Blue Window Limited as maybe necessary.
- Act as a Fire Marshall and First Aider as applicable.

What you will bring:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to determine priority tasks in a fast moving, changing environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and resourceful.
- Strong MS Office experience.
- Ability to maintain confidential information at all times.
- Experience in iGaming field / Digital Marketing will be considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Have a can-do attitude coupled with a team-based orientation.
- Must possess a good understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proactive drive for results, proven ability to execute.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Must have the ability to exercise good judgment and flexibility to effectively resolve problems or issues; ability to quickly identify issues and provide solutions.
