Poste proposé : Sales Agents - Douala
We're looking for results-driven Sales Agents with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (eg, marketing, customer service)
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
