Poste proposé : Functional Analyst - Remote
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Functional Analyst with experience in user-centered design and proficiency in Figma. In this hybrid role, you will analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and contribute to the creation of intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces. This position bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are both functional and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and business users, to gather and document functional requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
- Identify and address gaps or inconsistencies in requirements.
- Process and Workflow Design:
- Develop workflows, process maps, and user stories to support the design and implementation of solutions.
- Ensure processes align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.
- UI/UX Design and Prototyping:
- Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing.
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaboration with Development Teams:
- Work closely with developers to ensure functional specifications and designs are implemented correctly.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Testing and Validation:
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that solutions meet functional and design requirements.
- Gather feedback from users to refine functionality and design.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, design guidelines, and user manuals.
- Report on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Analysis, Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in writting Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Statement of Objectives (SOO)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design assets using Figma.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Basic understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, NOTION
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development concepts.
- Knowledge of usability testing tools and techniques.
