Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at QTA Tech SARL, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the company's business activities. Your main responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, negotiating and closing contracts, as well as developing strategic partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth and achieve goals set by management.
  • Prospect new clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals with potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with other companies or organizations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the digital industry or information technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the digital market and industry trends.
  • University degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, computer science, etc.).
