Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in rue Koloko, Bonapriso, Douala. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural plans, collaborating with engineers and construction teams, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The Architect will also be involved in project management, integrating sustainable design solutions, and continually updating designs based on client feedback and requirements.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Skills in architecture and architectural design
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Experience in the construction sector is an asset
- Registered with the National Order of Cameroonian Architects
