Position: FMCG Sales Supervisor (Yaoundé)
Age: 25–40 years
Salary: 300,000 – 450,000 CFA Francs
Location: Yaoundé
Languages: English and French
Main Mission: Ensure the achievement of sales objectives and market growth by effectively leading, training, and motivating the sales team, developing strategic action plans, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors in the FMCG/personal care sector.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Job Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and set clear objectives and work plans.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement efficient sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen brand presence.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, reports, and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Train new employees and continuously coach team members to enhance their sales effectiveness.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen partnerships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to recommend proactive commercial actions.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in the FMCG or personal care industry (wholesale channel), including at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bacc+3) in Sales, Marketing, or Commerce.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets, with teams generating average revenues of USD 1 million or more.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to identify individual strengths and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both English and French.
- High sense of curiosity, competitiveness, and result orientation.
- Strong market insight to identify competitors’ positioning, strengths, and weaknesses, and to propose tailored sales strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
