Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Customer, account, subscriber background tables and relationship
- New subscriber workflow in CRM system and tables (prepaid, postpaid, fit line)
customer information management - billing system workflow template and background tables
Price Plan configuration and background tables
Oracle SQL, DDL, DML operation skill - Integration interface from CRM to Core Network (HSS, PC RF)
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills, strong resistance to pressure
- Familiar with laptop operation
- Strong learning ability and senne of responsibility
- Excellent teamwork ability
- English and Spanish working ability
- Recognize Huawei's culture, work hard, have high ambitions, and be brave to challenge
- Take care of network security
- Be good at GPTO system Billing & CRM system configuration and background tables relationship
- At least Master's or Bachelor's degree in Telecom Communication, Computer, or related industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunication engineering project, with good Technical background
- Fluent in both English and French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
