Positioned in the beverages and speciality beer market, the brewery produces thousands of hectolitres every month, which are marketed in glass bottles, PET bottles, and barrels.
Our brands include: Kadji Beer, K44, Special premium sparkling drink, Razzle soft drinks, KIQ energy drink, and Madiba Water.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
The Health and Hygiene Manager is responsible for all aspects of cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage production plant and offices. You will play a big part in ensuring that the environment in which the drinks are being manufactured are done so in a safe and hygienic manner and that the equipment used is being cleaned and maintained at the highest standards. Not only will you be checking and recording cleanliness and hygiene in the plant on a daily basis, but there is also an important role to play as an educator to your work colleagues in the production, offices and general work spaces. Therefore, your communication skills will need to be excellent.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Your ideal background will include some time in a similar drinks manufacturing environment or hospitality, and you will have knowledge and have been involved in HACCP processes previously. Other traits such as flexibility, patience, eye for detail, determination and accuracy come as a standard.
In addition, you must have a certain dose of adventure, good sense of humor and ambition to thrive.
