Poste proposé : Human Resources Manager - Yaoundé
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains talent while maintaining compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement training and professional development programs
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Lead, mentor, and manage HR team members
- Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Advise management on HR best practices and organizational development
Profil recherché pour le poste : Human Resources Manager - Yaoundé
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
