                           Steel Fixer/ Steel bar Bender (location: Douala/Yaoundé) 

                                                            Missions:

The main mission of the position consists of welding a definitive metallic structure (building construction, gateways, bridges), made of prefabricated elements and most often assembled on ground, according to safety rules

 Your missions will consist of:

• Securing a construction area ;

• Unloading of goods ;

• Move goods to Storage areas; 

• Assemble the elements of metallic structures;

• Install the elements of metallic structure; 

• Fix elements of metallic structure;

• Carry out insulation and sealing of roofs and terraces; 

• Install gutters and downspouts ;

• Treat rain water drains ;

• Traiter les évacuations des eaux pluviales ;

• Secure the construction area ;

• Sécuriser une zone de chantier ;

                                                        Sought After Profiles  :

 Be a holder of a secondary technical study diploma or an equivalent in metallic construction;

 Have 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical project works;

 Mastery welding techniques ;

 Mastery Hot Bonding ;

 Mastery in Siding ; 

 Know the plumb and level; 

 Connaitre la prise d'aplomb et de niveau ;

 Control the squarring ; 

 Master all safety rules and regulations; 

 Know how to guide construction machines;

 Master waterproofing procédures ; 

 Know all folding techniques ; 

 Master all every slinging technique; 

 Master the reading of plans and diagrams; 

 Have a sense of confidentiality and rigor;

 Be organized;

 Be autonomous ;

 Being fluent in English would be an asset; 

 Punctuality and attendance; 

 Proactivity and flexibility;

 Team spirit permitting team work;
